New school shooting in the United States: a student opens fire on his classmates before taking his own life

In the U.S. state of Colorado, a high school student opened fire on his classmates before turning the gun on himself. Two students were injured, according to the county sheriff's office.
 
The shooting took place shortly before 12:30 p.m.local time at Evergreen High School, about 45 kilometers southwest of Denver. The shooter is believed to be a student at the school, said the sheriff's spokesman on X.
 
According to preliminary investigations, the shooting took place both inside and outside the school building. The shooter is believed to have used a handgun.
According to ABC News, one of the injured students is in critical condition, while the other is in stable condition.
